1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "the Agreement" or "these Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and winbw (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the winbw website at https://winbw.net, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by all provisions of this Agreement in their entirety.

winbw reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice beyond publication of the revised document on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the winbw platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered on the winbw platform, including but not limited to: cricket and sports betting, live casino games, slot games, the Callbreak card game room, and the Loyalty Program. Specific product rules may supplement these Terms where noted.

1.1 Governing Language

This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or regulatory authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of this Agreement. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

By registering an account on winbw, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities in your jurisdiction. winbw reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority.

2.1 KYC Verification

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, winbw may require you to submit one or more of the following documents before processing your first withdrawal or at any point during your account's lifespan:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID Card or passport)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of registered bKash or Nagad account matching the account holder's name)

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documents within the timeframe requested by winbw may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or, in cases of suspected fraud, the closure of the account and forfeiture of outstanding balances pending investigation.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

winbw is designed and marketed exclusively for the Bangladesh market. Access to the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law is done entirely at the player's own risk. winbw makes no representations as to the legality of its services in jurisdictions outside its primary market. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of winbw complies with all applicable local laws.

3. Account Registration & Security

To use the full range of winbw services, you must create a single registered account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.1 Single Account Rule

Each individual person is permitted to hold exactly one winbw account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If winbw identifies duplicate accounts, all such accounts will be suspended pending investigation. Any bonuses, winnings, or pending withdrawals associated with duplicate accounts may be voided.

3.2 Password & Credential Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. winbw will never contact you to request your password via any channel including email, live chat, telephone, or social media. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your winbw account
• Not share your login credentials with any third party
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device
• Notify winbw support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

winbw will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the security breach results from the player's failure to protect their credentials.

3.3 Two-Factor Authentication

winbw strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security. 2FA settings can be managed from within your account dashboard. Once enabled, a verification code will be required alongside your password at each login.

3.4 Account Name Accuracy

The name registered on your winbw account must match the name on your government-issued ID and the name registered on your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used for transactions. Mismatches will delay withdrawal processing and may trigger a KYC review. Name changes after account creation require documentary evidence and written approval from the winbw compliance team.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on winbw are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). winbw supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. winbw does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency transactions, or payments from third-party accounts not registered in the player's own name.

4.1 Minimum & Maximum Transactions

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum single-transaction and daily limits vary by payment method and account tier. Limits are displayed within your account cashier at the time of transaction.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your winbw account within minutes of a confirmed transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take between 30 minutes and 2 business hours depending on the sending bank's processing schedule. All times are Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the winbw payments team before funds are dispatched. Standard processing times are as follows:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: typically within 15–60 minutes
• Bank transfers: typically 1–3 business hours
• First withdrawals requiring KYC verification: may take up to 24 hours

winbw reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or transactions that trigger our fraud-prevention systems.

4.4 No Conversion Fees

winbw does not charge currency conversion fees since all accounts are natively denominated in BDT. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash or your bank) may apply their own transaction fees independently of winbw.

4.5 Dormant Account Funds

If your winbw account remains inactive (no login, deposit, or bet) for a continuous period of 12 months, a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 will be deducted from your remaining balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. You will be notified at your registered email address before dormancy fees commence.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

winbw offers bonuses, free bets, cashback, and promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to these General Terms as well as the specific terms published on each individual promotion page. In the event of a conflict between these General Terms and a promotion's specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise on the specific promotion page, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum bet size, and time limit are specified per promotion. Bets placed on games excluded from a promotion's wagering contribution will not count toward the requirement.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

winbw monitors all bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to neutralise risk while satisfying wagering requirements (known as "bonus hedging"), and any other technique that exploits the bonus structure in a manner inconsistent with good-faith play. Players found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonus funds and derived winnings voided and may have their accounts suspended.

5.3 Loyalty Program

The winbw Loyalty Program operates under its own set of detailed terms available on the Loyalty Program page. In summary: Loyalty Points are earned on real-money bets, points accumulate toward tier upgrades, and each tier confers specific cashback rates and withdrawal processing priority. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

5.4 Seasonal Promotions

winbw may offer special promotions tied to events in the Bangladeshi calendar — including Pohela Boishakh, Eid, Victory Day, and BPL season. These promotions are time-limited and subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer. Past promotions do not create any entitlement to equivalent future offers.

6. Betting & Game Rules

All bets, wagers, and game sessions on winbw are subject to the specific rules of each sport, game, or event as published on the relevant product page. The following general principles apply across all winbw products.

6.1 Bet Confirmation

A bet is not confirmed until you have received an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number and the bet is recorded in your account transaction history. winbw shall not be liable for bets that were not fully submitted due to network interruption, browser closure, or device failure on the player's end.

6.2 Errors & Obvious Mistakes

In the event that winbw offers a bet at an erroneous price due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human mistake, winbw reserves the right to void such bets at odds deemed obviously incorrect. Players who knowingly exploit pricing errors are in breach of these Terms and risk account suspension.

6.3 Cricket & Sports Betting

Cricket betting markets on winbw cover BPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC events, and other selected fixtures. Markets are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC). In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced, or replayed, specific settlement rules as published in the sportsbook rules section shall apply.

6.4 Live Casino

Live casino games are supplied by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The rules of each game — including bet limits, payout structures, and side bet conditions — are governed by the provider's own published rules visible within each game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round, the outcome is recorded at the server level and shall be binding.

6.5 Slots

Slot games are supplied by providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published by the relevant provider and are available within the game information panel. winbw does not alter the RTP of any game supplied by licensed providers.

6.6 Callbreak

The winbw Callbreak card game is played at real-money BDT tables against other live players. Game rules, hand rankings, bidding mechanics, and table fee structures are published on the Callbreak page. winbw takes a fixed percentage rake from each winning hand as published on the Callbreak page; this percentage is the platform's sole revenue from Callbreak tables.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the winbw platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations. Breach of any of these obligations may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account.

7.1 Lawful Use

You agree to use winbw solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You must not use the platform to launder money, finance illegal activity, or conduct any form of fraud. winbw cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will report suspicious financial activity as required by applicable regulations.

7.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on winbw:

• Opening or operating more than one account
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets or gain advantage
• Colluding with other players in card or table games
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical faults for financial gain
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption
• Using a payment account not registered in your own name
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing winbw staff or other players
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the winbw platform

7.3 Responsible Use of Promotions

You agree to participate in winbw promotions in good faith and in the spirit of the offer as intended. Any strategy that is designed solely to extract bonus value without genuine engagement in the game offering constitutes misuse of the promotion system and is prohibited under these Terms.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

winbw reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without advance notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, KYC failure, AML concerns, or responsible gaming interventions.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your winbw account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 3 business days, subject to KYC verification being complete.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

winbw's self-exclusion tool is available to any player who feels they need a break from gambling. Self-exclusion can be set for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Once set, self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen period. Permanent self-exclusion closes the account and prohibits re-registration. 8.3 Winbw-Initiated Closure

In cases where winbw closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any winnings derived from the breaching activity will be voided. Any real-money balance not connected to the breach may be returned at winbw's discretion following the completion of a compliance review. winbw will endeavour to complete such reviews within 28 days and will communicate the outcome to the account holder's registered email address.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winbw's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your winbw account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. winbw is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses of any kind.

8.5 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about any aspect of winbw's service, please contact our support team at [email protected]. All complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 14 days where possible. If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute process detailed in your account's help documentation. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, and any disputes not resolved informally shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
